- Patron Drop-Off: Limited mobility patrons can be dropped off on McKibben Street patio entrance for convenience.

- Transport: A courtesy transport chair is available to assist patrons from curbside to theater seating. Must be reserved before the event.
We provide elevator access to both the Orchestra and Balcony levels to ensure accessibility for all patrons.
We offer accessible seating options for wheelchair users. Wheelchair and companion seats are located in Orchestra. These seats are identified in the select-your-own seat maps when purchasing tickets.

Service animals are welcome inside the Newberry Opera House. However, they must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you plan to bring a service animal, please inform the Box Office when purchasing your tickets so that we may arrange for an aisle seat.
