The Mid-Carolina High School Band program, located in Prosperity, South Carolina, stands as a premier example of musical excellence and dedication. At the heart of the program is the Rebel Regiment, a competitive ensemble that recently secured a 5th place finish at the 2025 1A State Championships and remains a consistent finalist in 2A competitions. Beyond the marching field, the program is a 15-time recipient of the prestigious SCBDA Outstanding Performance Award, a testament to its sustained success across marching band, concert band, and percussion ensembles. These students are committed to their craft, meeting daily for ninety minutes to master a sophisticated repertoire that challenges their technical skills and artistic expression.
