The mission of the Newberry Opera House Guild is to support our community by supporting the arts. | ||||||

History |
The Newberry Opera House Guild was organized on Tuesday, April 19, 2004. Since that time meetings have taken place the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm. Most meetings are held at the Newberry Opera House. | ||||||

Meetings |
Meetings are open to the public. The Guild welcomes new members throughout the year and a formal membership drive takes place in early summer. Guild member committees organize over six events each year to promote and support the Newberry Opera House. | ||||||
|
Activities |
Through many fund fundraising events, from Grand Balls with formal attire to the Luau with flip flops, The Newberry Opera House Guild has contributed over $150,000 to support the Newberry Opera House. One of the most popular events is the Oyster Roast featuring Bowen Island Oysters and is held each Novenber. | ||||||
